The issue impacting workflow processing has now been resolved. The backlog in our processing queues has been cleared and all workflows are operating normally.

What’s happening
An unusually high volume of workflow events has resulted in a backlog in our processing queues. This is causing delays of several hours for workflows triggered by “add to folder” actions.
