We are currently investigating delays affecting workflow processing for the 'addToFolder' workflow specifically

What’s happening
An unusually high volume of workflow events has resulted in a backlog in our processing queues. This is causing delays of several hours for workflows triggered by “add to folder” actions.

Impact

Affects workflows triggered by addToFolder actions only
Other workflow types and core platform functionality are operating normally

What we’re doing

Redistributing workload across processing queues to stabilise the system
Actively working to reduce the backlog and restore normal processing times
