Update

We are continuing to work with our data pipeline provider to resolve the issue affecting Insights data synchronization.

Current Status:
Data processing is ongoing and we are seeing continued reduction in the backlog, although performance remains below normal levels.

What We’re Doing:
We are continuing to monitor closely and have been informed by the provider’s Engineering team that the current estimated completion of data processing is 2.5 days.

Next Update:
We will provide an update by end of day Sunday April 19th EST with further progress.

We have completed a follow-up with our data pipeline provider and continue to actively work on resolving the issue affecting Insights data synchronization.

Current Status:
The issue has been escalated to the provider’s Engineering team for further investigation. Remediation efforts are ongoing, and we are monitoring progress closely.

What We’re Doing:
We are working directly with the provider to restore normal data processing as quickly as possible and have taken steps to support recovery where feasible.

We are currently experiencing delays in data syncing to the Insights platform.

Some Insights reports (excluding the Career Website Dashboard) may display outdated data. The level of delay may vary depending on the report.

We are working closely with our data pipeline provider to accelerate processing and clear the backlog. Additional resources have been engaged to support remediation.
